In late 2003, an independent survey into the "Reality & Future Trends" of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) was conducted on behalf of Documentum and Sun Microsystems. 500 members of senior management from some of Europe's leading businesses were called upon to understand how they perceive, utilise and expect ECM to grow. The resulting report provides a unique overview of the issues and initiatives that will determine the future of ECM.
